After understanding your specific needs, we provide a comprehensive quote that covers all costs except for the Service Charge for credit/debit card transactions and the Base Travel Charge. At this stage, we also explain our hourly rate plan which requires a minimum booking time of 2 hours, with additional hours billed at the current rate if needed.

Securing Booking with Deposit:

Once you agree to our quote and service plan, we request a booking deposit (a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking) to secure your preferred date, time, crew, and truck. This step ensures that all arrangements are in place for your move.

Professional Assembly & Disassembly:

Our team arrives at the scheduled time to begin disassembling or assembling your items. They handle each item meticulously to ensure their safe transition during the moving process.

Completion & Payment Process:

Upon completion of assembly/disassembly services, we conduct an inspection to ensure your complete satisfaction. We then finalize billing and offer multiple convenient payment methods including Zelle, debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through an email invoice.
